This doesn't make sense at all. There's no reason to have that many armor hitpoints for a level 4 mission. If you really have to stick with the remote reppers, then remove both belts and replace with cap power relay's. Replace the shield transfer with a second remote armor rep. You might be able to replace the energy tranfer with a third remote armor rep. I'm not sure. And my take is that it's worth the time to fit your lows to the rat type in the mission rather than go with a generic fit. Carry the extra hardeners in your cargo. Then you can fit a third power relay or other useful module and probably can fit a third remote armor rep. Having said that, I really don't see the need for a third remote armor rep, you're already tanking more than most missions can throw at you.
For the riggings, definitely stay away from trimarks. You could swap out one of the sentry damage riggings for 2 ccc I's.
No reason to have your sentries tanking when your domi is so much better at it. In the past, when I've had rats that switch, they do so more infrequently than I can target and kill them. That's just with one domi. Two domis at range should easily keep the rats down. If a sentry is taking too much damage, just pull it in and back out.
At a glance, I really don't get your strategy. I guess the huge armor hps is in case you get jammed and the other ship needs to be repped. That seems an unlikely scenario, but I guess you have more experience with that. It appears to me that there are single domi setups that do at least half as much damage as your three ship group. A pair of traditional domis or a domi/raven (with you and your friend each flying one bs) should at least match what you have here both in damage and in management effort. Then your second alt could either focus on salvage or provide a support role.
